SHINEU
An eight-week internship offering a one-of-a-kind opportunity that equips aspiring entrepreneurs and business owners with real-world insights and practical skills to navigate the complexities of business.
Interns will gain a comprehensive understanding of key business functions, including:
- Product Development & Innovation – Research, development, and product positioning
- Customer Acquisition & Retention – Strategic marketing and brand engagement
- Business Viability & Sustainability – Fundamentals of finance, sales, operations, compliance, risk management, and workforce development
- Growth Strategies & Social Responsibility – Scaling, diversification, and ethical business leadership
- Data-Informed Analysis – Leveraging artificial intelligence and data science tools to identify business solutions

INTERNS RECEIVE

What impacted me most about golf lessons was learning to stay calm and focus on my form instead of rushing.
I also realized that golf is just as much about socializing. Talking with others while waiting for my turn taught me the value of building connections and carrying myself well in different settings.
It was amazing to learn how to golf for the first time. It is a outstanding preparation for all of cohort because it is a great strategy that could propel our success within the business world.

SHINEU GOLF
LED BY AN LPGA PROFESSIONAL
Golf lessons are a favorite among our SHINEU interns. They are exposed to the “sport of business” as a weekly Impact Sessions within the SHINEU program, designed to teach interns the language, skills, and culture of a game that doubles as a powerful business tool. Participants learn the fundamentals of play, course etiquette, and the mindset required to succeed both on and off the green. By mastering the game, our students gain access to a world of connections that can shape their entrepreneurial journey.
tournament: SHINE2Inspire Annual Golf Classic
LED BY PGA AND LPGA PROFESSIONALS
The SHINE2Inspire Annual Golf Classic is a one-of-a-kind event that gives young female golfers (ages 9–17) the chance to grow their game, build confidence, and experience the opportunities that golf offers both personally and in the business world. This second annual tournament features both Amateur and Elite Qualifying rounds in Atlanta, GA, bringing together players from all skill levels who are ready to test themselves and shine on the course.
The top three finalists of the Amateur division, as well as those who have qualified for the Elite division will advance to the finals at Walt Disney World Golf in Orlando, FL, where the best of the best will compete for the second year in a row.

SHINE On The Links programs are led by PGA and LPGA-certified instructors/professionals who help participants improve their golf skills while also teaching life values and networking skills.
